Policy 3%

We want to inform you about our policy regarding the calculation of costs for your upcoming event. Luxury En Blanc will charge a fee of 3-5% of all proceeds received from ticket sales. This fee will be based on the number of guests specified in the initial contract. It’s crucial to note that any changes to this guest count must be promptly communicated to Luxury En Blanc. If the number of guests increases beyond the initial agreement, additional compensation will be required to cover the additional guests. Failure to notify us of changes and compensate accordingly will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Please ensure that any adjustments to the guest count are communicated to us in a timely manner to avoid any issues. We would like to inform you about our updated policy regarding event costs at Luxury En Blanc, particularly in relation to the Women In Unity mission alignment.

Given your dedication to furthering the mission of Women In Unity through your event, we are pleased to announce that the 3-5% fee typically applied to ticket sales proceeds will be waived for you. This waiver reflects our support for initiatives like yours that are integral to the Women In Unity cause.

Please note that any adjustments to the guest count must still be communicated promptly to Luxury En Blanc to ensure smooth coordination of your event. Failure to update us regarding changes may impact the security deposit.
